My name is Karen Harp and I am so excited to be your child’s teacher. I am looking forward to a year of challenges, learning, and fun as I guide and instruct your child through the coming year. It is my desire and goal to create an environment that will stimulate learning and growth in every child.

 

This is my twenty-fourth year as a teacher in Del Mar, and yet I know I too will continue to learn and grow along side the children. I received my degree and credential from The University of San Diego and have also completed my Masters in Teaching and Learning. I have been fortunate enough to have taught first, second and third grade in the Del Mar School District. The Del Mar District is a very highly regarded and respected district. I feel extremely privileged to have been given the opportunity to teach your child.
